i have a CD with Citibank and they haven’t sent me the interest form so i can claim it on my taxes. i’ve called them 3 times already and they keep telling me i should have recieved it. They also told me that my CD has only made about interest.

Can i just file my taxes without claiming the interest, or should i wait and continue to try and get the paperwork from Citibank?
